At Boston Proper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process.
